Delivery Charges

We offer FREE Royal Mail 2nd class delivery (2-3 days) in UK Mainland. Outside UK shipping costs are vary.

Delivery Processing and Ordering.

The Sales and Warehouse departments receive all of your order information simultaneously. When your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email. Your payment status will be verified. YAMAtune is committed to ensuring your personal details remain secure throughout this process.

Orders and availability

We aim to ensure that all products that are advertised are available to order and are dispatched within the estimated time. Before sorting and packing your order the warehouse team will check stock availability and inform customer and sales should there be any discrepancy and inability to fulfil the order.

Delivery time and Shipping (UK Mainland Only)

All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail from the day the order is received within 2-3 working days.

Returns Policy

We offer a 28 days return policy for on line and telephone orders. If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them for a full refund or exchange providing they are returned unused, in the original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. Please return with a note detailing your ORDER number and appropriate action requested and enclosed with the returned product. Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt.

Return Postage and Packaging is payable by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged post.

Damaged products or any special conditions

Any damages, shortages or items that do not match what you expected must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt by e-mail to info@yamatune.co.uk

Please quote your order number, name and address, description of the product and the reason and whether you require a refund or replacement.

All items must be returned in the condition detailed above (with the exception of products which have become faulty upon use).

In these cases the cost of returning the product will be covered YAMAtune. Such returns must be made using Royal Mail 2nd class postage, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse to cover the postage charges. Please note that we will not accept any returned products which have been modified, in whole or part, except in the case of faulty products.

Coupons/Discounts

Only one coupon per customer, per order. Coupons and or specials cannot be combined. Current coupons and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.
